Our studio was created as a space where strength and grace come together–where every movement has purpose and every body is respected. This is Pilates, elevated.

THE STUDIO

Co-founded by twin sisters Anabel Barron and Gabriela Dalfen, Velora brings a shared love for pilates, movement, and community. Creating a space for those that value quality, depth, and quiet sophistication. The studio was thoughtfully designed with two distinct rooms–The Condesa Room & Cabo Heat Room, each offering a unique experience while maintaining an intimate atmosphere.

At VELORA, strength is not loud, it is intentional. It is built through control, precision, and presence. It is the quiet bravery of showing up, of pushing past comfort, of choosing growth again and again.

CONDESA ROOM

Inspired by the timeless elegance and calm of Mexico City’s Condesa neighborhood, the Condesa Reformer room is where classical Pilates meets quiet luxury. The space is dedicated to traditional Pilates on Allegro 2 reformers, taught by certified instructors with meticulous eye for detail. This is Pilates in its purest form-elevated through expertise, intention, and atmosphere.

CABO ROOM

Inspired by the warmth, energy, and effortless luxury of Cabo, the Cabo infrared heat room hosts Sculpt, Hot Pilates, Yoga, and Strength classes that promote deeper muscle activation, improved circulation, and enhanced endurance. Cabo embodies a modern, powerful approach to movement–where heat strength, and flow come together to build resilience and confidence.

OUR CLASSES

REFORMER PILATES

Experience the benefits of Pilates on the Allegro 2 reformer. This class uses spring-based resistance to build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance core stability through precise, controlled movements. The reformer allows for a wide range of exercises. Each session emphasizes precise alignment, deep core engagement, balance, and muscles- creating strength that is intelligent, controlled, and lasting. 

HEATED MAT PILATES

Experience Pilates elevated in our signature heated environment. This full body mat class blends classical Pilates principles with modern movement to build deep core strength, improve mobility, and sculpt long, lean muscles.  Infrared heat enhances flexibility, increases circulation, and allows the body to move with greater ease while creating a deeply energizing sweat.

SCULPT

Build strength and sculpt your body. This session focuses on muscle toning and strengthening, using resistance bands, hand weights, and your own body weight, all enhanced by the benefits of infrared heaters set to 95 degrees. Each exercise is designed to enhance muscle definition and improve overall strength, with a special emphasis on core stability. Ideal for those wanting to increase muscle tone and power, this class provides a challenging and rewarding workout.

MAT STRENGTH

Low-impact, slow, intentional strength training using heavier weights ( 15-20-30lbs) to build muscle through controlled, progressive movements. Strength training focuses on proper form, intentional pacing, and muscle activation to help you increase strength, improve endurance, and enhance overall definition.

VINYASA FLOW

Vinyasa flow is a dynamic breath-driven class that links movement with intention in a warm, energizing environment. Expect a balanced flow of mobility,flexibility,  and mindful transitions.

Grip socks for reformer class.

Mat towel for the heat room. We’lll provide a mat, but please bring a mat towel or you can rent one in the studio.

Classes are 50 minutes.

We offer convenient parking options for our guests, with spaces available both directly in front of the studio and in the back of the building.

You may cancel 12 hours before your class starts to avoid cancellation fees and loss of credit. If you have an unlimited membership you will receive a $20 cancellation fee. If you have class packages you will lose your credit.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the class if you are a first timer so we can walk you through the studio and equipment. If you’re not a first timer, we still ask you to arrive 5 minutes before class starts.
